On October 27, 2022 Carlos Moreno did it! He has become one of our newest U.S. Citizens, and he did it the legal way. Carlos sets a great example to others who will be inspired to follow in his footsteps. The path to citizenship isn't easy, but the rewards are great. He was sworn in in our beautiful Utah Capital Building.
Sheriff Nick was there, along with other well-wishers including Chris Null, the Salt Lake County Republican Chairman. Carlos has been a leader in the Hispanic GOP, and his first act as a Citizen was to fill out an election ballot and cast his first vote in the U.S. Congratulations Carlos!
